Guarantees = OPERATIONAL outcomes (speed-to-lead <60s, AI disclosure delivery, PEWC capture rate, DNC compliance, state coverage verification, WhatsApp support active). We NEVER promise business outcomes (score-up, funding approval, removal of negative items) — that would violate:
- CROA (Credit Repair Organizations Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679 et seq.) — federal · prohibits score-improvement promises + advance fees. We do not promise specific credit-score outcomes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus at no cost. Cancel anytime.
- TSR (Telemarketing Sales Rule, 16 CFR Part 310) — federal · advance-fee ban on telemarketed credit repair. No upfront fees for credit repair until services are performed and reported.
- TCPA + FCC AI Voice Ruling (Feb 2024) · AI-generated voice = "artificial voice" requires PEWC + FCC disclosure at the start. Calls may be answered by an AI assistant. Pre-setup we verify: your state licensing/bonding by state, your disclosure scripts vs. CROA "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law", your PEWC capture flow for AI Voice, your opt-in/DNC management.
