Latin Prime Systems is a done-for-you AI automation and CRM implementation agency. The specific scope of any engagement — deliverables, timelines, fees, and guarantees — is defined in a separate service agreement, statement of work, or order form between you and us. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement controls.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, lawful access to the platforms we need to configure, and timely review of deliverables.

You are responsible for the legality of your underlying business activities, including compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPAA, and any other regulations applicable to your industry.

Intellectual property

Site content (copy, design, code, schemas, and brand assets) is owned by Latin Prime Systems or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

When we build systems on platforms you own (e.g., your GoHighLevel account), you own the resulting configuration and your data. We retain rights to reusable methodologies, templates, and internal tools.

Payment and refunds

Recurring services are billed monthly. Setup fees are billed at the start of the engagement.

Refund and guarantee terms — including the 90-Day Guarantee where applicable — are defined in the service agreement signed at the start of the engagement.

Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue. Results depend on your industry, market, offer, follow-up, and execution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latin Prime Systems and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or services.

Governing law
