What is not included in Starter?

Starter does not include SMS (A2P 10DLC messaging starts on Pro) or AI Voice. Starter includes the Starter AI chatbot; the conversational AI chatbot built on Claude and trained on your services starts in Pro. Starter gives you the core infrastructure in place before you layer on advanced AI agents, SMS, or advanced systems.

Who is Starter built for?
